3 WEEK DETOX PROGRAM
This is not the HCG 500 calorie a day diet, no injections & no prescription NO Caffeine, Carbs, Fried food, Sugar or Alcohol Eat at least 5 meals a day and last meal before 6pm for best results Beverages include, green tea (may add dash of pure honey), and 6-8 glasses of water a day HCG Homeopathic Detox Drops (10-20 drops) in between meals Exercise 3-4 times a week with increased heart rate for at least 30-45 minutes, this will expedite burning calories.
